Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the Black Friday sale hosted by Girlhut ltd. brand Et Alia ("we", "our", or "us"). By participating in the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Sale Period The Sale will begin on 29th of November 2024 and end on 1st of December 2024.
We reserve the right to end the Sale at any time without prior notice.

3. Discounts and Offers

• The Sale offers discounts of 30% off select items. Discounts are applied at checkout using a discount code acquired through promotion email.
• Offers are only valid while stocks last. Products not listed in the promotional amterial are excluded.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless specified.
• Discount can be combined with Welcome discount. 
• Discount can't be combined with "Buy 2 get 3rd three."

4. Eligibility

• This Sale is available to all customers, subject to the availability of the items being sold.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who is deemed to be violating the terms of the Sale.

5. Limited Availability

• All products in the Sale are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock during the Sale period, it will be removed from the promotion and will not be back in stock until after the Sale ends.
• We will not honor the Sale price for out-of-stock items.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping fees, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times may be longer than usual due to high demand during the Sale period. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Sale items are subject to our standard return policy.
• To qualify for a return, products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment used for the original purchase, but we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.  

8. Price Adjustments

• If an item purchased during the Sale is later reduced in price, we will not offer a price adjustment or refund for the difference.

9. Payment

• All payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed.

10. Promotional Codes

• If you have received a promotional code, it must be applied at the time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders.
• Promotional codes may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

11. Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participating in this Sale.
• We make no guarantees regarding the availability of products during the Sale period.

12. Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or violates our Terms and Conditions.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time during the Sale period. Any changes will be posted on our website.

14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
