We understand the importance of having the option to return items when shopping online and if you aren't happy with something you have purchased you can return it to us for an exchange or online store credit. 

Please note we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit. 

Exchanges can be for the same style in a different size or colour, or for a different style.  Any difference in price will need to be paid if more expensive or will be credited in the form of an online voucher if cheaper.

When it comes to returning faulty returns we reserve the right to firstly repair, then replace if same style/size is available and if not then will refund.

To ensure a seamless returns process please include a note with your returned garment stating your name, address and phone number, and reason for return.

All clearance sale items with a strikethrough price are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

We highly recommend sending returns via a trackable service so you can ensure it is delivered back to us.  Without this we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your return and in the instance that it is not delivered we are unable to take responsibility for lost items.

We offer free shipping within New Zealand for purchases over $100.00; $5 per parcel otherwise, $10 for rural delivery which needs to be paid for at the checkout, and if not will be advised by our courier company and need to be paid before we can dispatch your parcel.

We can also deliver to Australia however shipping costs vary depending on the specific state so please email us at so we can advise the shipping cost to your Australian address.

All our products are shipped from a home-based office in Mount Maunganui. Depending on your NZ location this can take anywhere from 2–5 working days and deliveries are subject to delays out of our control.  Please feel free to get in touch if your delivery is taking longer than expected and we will look into the status for you.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, and you will get an email confirmation once your order has been processed (provided your email address is added to your order at time of purchase).

We ship using Aramex Couriers and can provide you with the courier number if required for tracking.
